What the app is

On Time is an alarm app that reads your shifts and calendar entries, estimates journeys using Google Maps, and rings an alarm at a time it works out. It is published by SiriusTech (a trading name), contact ontime.appsupport@gmail.com.

What it is not

It is an aid, not a guarantee. Journey times come from a third party and roads change; alarms depend on the phone's settings, battery and signal. You remain responsible for arriving at work and anywhere else on time, and for checking that the phone's permissions allow the alarm to ring. We are not liable for lateness, missed shifts, missed journeys or any loss that follows from an alarm that did not ring or rang at the wrong time, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.

Trial, subscriptions and refunds

Every feature is free for 14 days from first launch. Afterwards, Advanced is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-off purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms; cancel there at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Corporate seats are bought by an employer and unlocked with a code; the employer's agreement governs those seats.

Your data

Everything stays on your phone. What leaves it, and to whom, is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to read calendars, rotas or links you are not entitled to see, and do not attempt to interfere with the app, its services or other users.

Changes

We may change the app and these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to its courts. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
