Most people just open On Time and add their shifts, school runs, appointments and flights directly — that's the simplest way to use it as your primary schedule, and it takes a couple of minutes.
If your work schedule already lives somewhere else — a calendar, a rota system, or a spreadsheet from your employer — On Time can read that too, alongside anything you've typed in yourself. Pick the guide below that matches how yours reaches you.
