Getting a Loop or HealthRoster rota into a calendar
Loop shows your roster but does not hand it to other apps. It has to reach a calendar or a link first. Two routes; the first updates on its own.
Route 1: the roster published to your work Outlook calendar
- Ask your e-rostering team to send your published roster to your work Outlook calendar. Many trusts already have this on.
- Follow the Outlook steps so the phone can see that calendar.
- In On Time, switch that calendar on. Codes like LD or N become start times once you say what they mean.
Route 2: a calendar link from Employee Online
- Sign in to Employee Online and look for "export to calendar" or "calendar link".
- Copy the link (https:// or webcal://).
- In On Time tap "Add a link", paste it, and tap "Check the link".
Neither possible? Fill in the rota template and use "Import a file".
Then let On Time take it from there
Once your roster reaches a calendar, we read your shifts from it and check the roads before every one.
